Booking an appointment

Appointments are made online or directly with the studio, and are confirmed by the studio. Your mobile number is confirmed with a one-time code when you book.

Every new client begins with an assessment before any treatment is planned. This is not a formality — a plan is not made without one.

The consultation fee

The consultation is $350. It covers a full assessment and a written plan, and it is credited in full toward any service you book within 60 days. It is not an additional charge on top of your treatment.

The deposit

A $60 deposit holds your appointment. It is credited in full toward the visit — it comes off what you pay, never on top of it.

If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit is returned in full. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, or do not come, the deposit is kept, because the time was held for you and cannot be given to anyone else at that notice.

You can reschedule or cancel online at https://sokolovastudio.com/en/visits (RU: /ru/visits) after confirming your number with a code. Online rescheduling is available until 24 hours before your appointment; inside 24 hours you can still cancel online, and the booking fee (deposit) is kept.

Where a treatment costs less than $60, the deposit is simply the price of that treatment.

Running late

Appointments are not stacked, so a late start shortens your own appointment rather than the one after it. If you are late enough that the work cannot be done safely, we will reschedule you and the deposit rules above apply.

Results

Faces differ, and so do results. Nothing said at your assessment is a guarantee of a particular outcome, and any timeline discussed is an expectation rather than a promise.

Your plan is reviewed as your face responds, and may change.

Your health information

You are asked to tell us about your health, medications, allergies and previous treatments, and to keep that current. Some treatments cannot be done safely without it, and some cannot be done at all depending on your answers.

Text messages

Appointment text messages are optional. When you book, an unchecked box lets you choose to receive messages about that appointment: a note that your request was received, a confirmation, a note if a visit is moved or cancelled, pre-care two days before, a reminder the day before and another on the day with arrival details, aftercare that evening, for some treatments a check-in and a reminder when your included review is due, and the dates of any follow-up visits booked with you. If Tatiana writes you a treatment plan, you also receive a private link to it. The same consent covers a link to pay a balance after a visit or to choose a time for a follow-up visit, and the studio's replies to questions you text us about your visits. Usually six to eight messages per appointment. Leaving the box unticked does not affect your booking in any way.

The only other texts you receive are verification codes you request — by tapping "Send code" when booking, or on the page where you manage your visits; they are sent by our verification provider from a separate number. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages and do not collect marketing consent.

Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for help; you can also simply tell us at your appointment. Mobile numbers are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intervals between treatments

Some treatments have a minimum gap between them, taken from the manufacturer's instructions or from how the body actually responds. The studio will not book inside those limits, and this is not negotiable — the limit exists to protect your result and, in some cases, your ability to respond to that treatment at all in future.

Age

You must be 18 or older to book, unless a parent or guardian consents in person at the studio.

Prices

Prices may change. The price that applies is the one in effect when your treatment is carried out, and you will be told before anything is done.

Limits

The studio is responsible for the care it provides. To the extent the law allows, it is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
